Brooke is in her final year of her doctorate in clinical psychology.  She is currently interning at California State University at San Marcos, after 5 years of immersive training in classical psychological theory, neuropsychology, and somatically sub-focused trainings.

Her trainings in university, hospital, and community mental health settings have supported her expansive experience in Eastern philosophical and somatically-oriented mindfulness trainings.

Brooke is passionate about complimentary wellness, having seen the efficacy of combining alternative modalities with conventional therapies.  As a client herself, she has come to appreciate the primal drive to feel confident, capable, and at ease.   Brooke empowers the client to discover the unique tools they both need and already possess to achieve their desired state of wellness.

Fascinated by ritual, Brooke loves learning about new cultures through adventure travel.  A creature of design, she enjoys good architecture, good fashion, and good food. On an ideal weekend, Brooke can be found cycling after yoga, brewing one of her many fine teas, and enjoying good conversation.
